What is your processing time from when an order is placed?
Ready to Ship (RTS) items ship within 2 weeks from date of purchase.
Made to Order (MTO) items are made and fulfilled within 3-4 weeks from date of purchase.
Delivery time is not included in processing time and will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen.
Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items are final sale. Please be sure to consult our Sizing Charts prior to placing your order.

When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We do our very best to have orders shipped within 5-7 business days after processing time. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received.
We currently offer two shipping options. First, we can ship your package via regular letter mail if it is within the weight and size limits for shipping oversized mailers as determined by Canada Post. It is a low flat-rate, and does not include tracking. Please note that Brim Bonnet is not liable for any delays or missing packages, and will not replace lost packages. The other shipping option includes tracking via Canada Post. Upon fulfillment of your order, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
